Having State of Art facility with experienced Technocrats and Engineers to manufacture Industrial Valves having a decade of rich experience. We were the Captive Supplier for more than decade to Multinational Company located in Hubballi, who are the leading Valves Manufacturer in India and overseas. We at Regent provide engineering solutions in terms of valve requirements in Refineries, Oil, Fertilisers, Steel Industries, Petrochemicals, Power, Gas and Pharma Industries. Our Group companies

Fasteners and Allied Products Pvt Ltd engaged in manufacturing of High tensile fasteners for OEMs, Oil & Gas Refineries, Nuclear industry, Power industry. Approved by leading customers like EIL, NPCIL, NTPC, Reliance Industries Annual turnover of 400 Mn INR.

Basava Sand Works (Mining) 2 Units engaged in manufacturing of M-sand used for civil constructions and the capacity – 140 Mn metric Tons per year.

UKEM Agre Infra Ltd Is the upcoming project worth 6000 Mn INR for producing of sugar, Ethanol and generation of power with the capacity Sugar – 5000 TCD per day, Ethanol – 300 KL per day and power – 33 MW.

Group is contributing towards global “Net Zero” mission by harnessing renewable energy plants and contribute to the society by reducing emissions and air pollution. Two wind Turbines installed one 0.6 MW in Chitradurga Karnataka India and another 1.25 MW in Sangli Maharastra India. Also 1.04 MW solar plant in Zaheerabad Telangana India.

Managing Director Mr.Nagesh Ritti is a Graduate Engineer in Mechanical Engineering having rich experience in valve manufacturing and a known personality in the valve manufacturing sector. He started his career as an engineer with BDK and continued with Weir Flow Control served more than two decades in different departments and as Head plant operations. He has been having hands on experience in making all types of valves, regular testings as per standards, prototype tests like cryo test, Fugitive Emmision test, Fire safe test etc. He was the key instrumental by leading the team for implementing the quality management systmes like ISO, Environmental, OSHAS, product certifications like API, PED, SIL3, Atex.
